Rayaru grants desires

Na Vishnu sadrusho devo na gurur vayu na samaa |

ko vaa sarveshTdataa hi Raghavendraanmahitale ||

There is NO GOD equal to or greater than VISHNU

There is NO guru equivalent to VAYUDEV

Who else is equal to RAYARU in entire bhumandal when it comes to granting INSTANT desires
